Being to its second edition, AR-INVEST is an innovating fair with a very interesting subject: THE INVESTMENTS. The investments are the motor of development. They make the short term economy move through creating jobs, buying materials needed to make them come true, and the medium and long term economy through creating and maintaining long time jobs that lead to a growth in the request for goods and services, improving the quality of life that means leading to a long lasting development.

Any investment, no matter if we speak of small improvements or great projects for developing cities, comes into life like an ideal or a dream that seems very hard to reach but which becomes more and more real as it goes through a cycle of specific activities. So, starting from prefesability and feasibility studies, business plans, marketing plans it turns to an ongoing investment and from that moment it comes true the investment becomes an economical objective where economical, social and cultural activities will take place. AR-INVEST presents a large variety of investment opportunities directed both towards people, small and medium companies and towards big investors, grouped in two distinctive modules.

The module FAIR OF HOUSES is directed mostly but not exclusively towards the population. There will be presented offers for homes from apartments and houses to villas in new neighborhoods, solutions for turn-key buildings, last offers on the real-estate market (land, houses, villas, apartments, offices or production grounds), offers for insuring and reinsuring along with the best options for mortgages, real-estate loans and other financial solutions.

The second module, FAIR OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS, is addressed mostly to the business group. Within this module there are presented complex investment projects of public or private interest for which collaborators and partners are searched for, for their realization and/ or final users (industrial and business parks; industrial areas, grounds dedicated to industrial activities, to agriculture, services, commerce or tourism; grounds and fields having their destination the new neighborhoods or the social and cultural activities included in the programs of strategy for development of the towns, in the general city plans; opportunities in green field investments including real investment objectives seeking for users.

The exhibitors in this second module are the agents from the public sector: city halls, county councils, developments and promotion agents and also representatives of the private sector (entrepreneurs that offer industrial, technological and business grounds, zones and parks), along with specialists that can take part in the projects of investments with reimbursable or non-reimbursable financial solutions, technical counseling in projecting and accomplishing the investment, counseling in the management of the projects and in other activities related to an investment in progress.

Since the organizers have a solid experience in substantiating international business partnerships, AR-INVEST is also waiting for businessmen missions from Italy, Hungary and Serbia.
